YAMAHA RD250 1978 in Harlow, Essex for sale

A lovely example of a 70’s classic.  Imported from Germany and UK registered by me in 2008 on a T plate (Currently SORN) no MOT. Matching frame and engine numbers. Frame has been powder coated, many of the original bolts re-chromed, braided brake hoses fitted. All the brakes, electrics, gears and oil pump work. New battery fitted and just had an oil change. Bike starts well but carburettors will need stripping down and cleaning before being able to ride on the road, so you'll need a van or trailer to collect. The bike has been dry stored under a cover since 2009. I oiled up the crank, bores and oil ways before starting it up in February of this year. Not in perfect condition but it is 37 yrs old.
